Site Manager III

About the role

The Site Manager-III is responsible for managing the overall operation and maintenance (O&M) of the STP UF & RO Plant. The role involves ensuring that plant equipment is available at maximum capacity, focusing on preventive, predictive, TPM, CBM, TBM, RCM, CM, and breakdown maintenance while maintaining 100% safety compliance as stipulated in the O&M contract with a large semiconductor industry in India.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum availability of plant equipment and associated instruments for the STP UF & RO Plant.
• Implement preventive, predictive, TPM, CBM, TBM, RCM, CM, and breakdown maintenance practices.
• Maintain 100% safety compliance as per the O&M contract with a large semiconductor industry in India.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing similar plant operations.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, TPM, CBM, TBM, RCM, CM, and breakdown maintenance practices.
• Experience in ensuring safety compliance in industrial settings.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in plant management and maintenance.
• Experience in semiconductor industry preferred.
