Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability
• Build a high-performing team that drives operational excellence
• Translate metrics into actionable steps that improve uptime, compliance, and service
• Partner with hospital executives to ensure readiness for inspections

Requirements

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen
• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred

Qualifications

• Experience requirements may be waived for successful graduates of the TRIMEDX Clinical Engineering Leadership Program
