At Trimedx, all of our associates share a common purpose of serving clients, patients, communities, and each other with equal measures of care and performance. Everyone is focused on serving the customer through collaboration and support. Associates look forward to coming to work each day, knowing every associate matters and makes a difference. It is truly a culture like no other.

About the Role

You’ve led teams and managed complexity. Now take full ownership of a clinical engineering operation where your decisions shape performance, people, and patient impact.

  • Run the business: oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability.
  • Build a team that delivers: set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution.
  • Drive results, not reports: translate metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service.
  • Lead from the front: partner with hospital executives and ensure readiness for every inspection, every time.

You’re Our Person If…

  • You take responsibility for outcomes—financial, operational, and human.
  • You can walk into a complex environment and quickly see what needs to change.
  • You develop people on purpose, not by accident.
  • You’re as credible in a boardroom conversation as you are with a technician on the floor.

This is true ownership—you’ll lead a business within a business, with P&L responsibility and real influence. We expect you to make decisions, challenge assumptions, and build something better than what you inherited.
