Clinical Engineering Site Manager

About the Role

This is a clinical engineering leadership role with full ownership of operations, where your decisions shape performance, people, and patient impact. You will lead a business within a business with P&L responsibility and real influence.

Responsibilities

• Run the business: oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability
• Build a team that delivers: set expectations, coach leaders, and raise the standard of execution
• Drive results, not reports: translate metrics into action that improves uptime, compliance, and service
• Lead from the front: partner with hospital executives and ensure readiness for every inspection, every time

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen (required)
• Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience (required)
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance (required)
• Financial management skills (budgets, revenue, costs)

Preferred Skills

• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE)
