Site Manager
About the role
As a Site Manager for Statco-DSI, you maintain organization in a fast-paced work environment, overseeing process piping & equipment installation projects. You provide on-site guidance to installation teams, helping ensure projects are completed accurately, safely and on-budget. You work to coordinate site activities and provide guidance to our subcontractor teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain organization in a fast-paced work environment, overseeing process piping & equipment installation projects.
- Provide on-site guidance to installation teams, ensuring projects are completed accurately, safely and on-budget.
- Coordinate site activities and provide guidance to our subcontractor teams.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenses and control costs to meet financial targets.
- Ensure the highest quality project execution, on time and within budget.
- Lead on-site installation teams, including subcontractors, riggers, electricians and controls vendors, to ensure the highest quality project execution, on time and within budget.
- Function as the on-site contact for communication regarding projects, including variations of scope, ensuring timely updates are provided to all stakeholders.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of process piping systems layout and routing, including liquid blending, tank systems, Wort, CIP, Filtration, CO2, CO2 Recovery, air, water, steam Glycol, Ammonia, Sweetener, Package Release.
- Strong problem solving abilities, making quick and sound decisions.

Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.
- Five (5) years or more proven experience in managing site installation projects, preferably in sanitary manufacturing industries.
- Food, beverage and/or personal care project management experience in various aspects of engineering and utilities management is preferred.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay
Placement within our salary range is determined based upon years of directly relatable experience for your position. These components, along with local and national compensation survey data, contribute to deciding a candidate's potential starting rate of pay.
