Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all facility and gym rentals during assigned shifts.
• Cook up and tear down rental setups according to event requirements.
• Keep an eye on the building and make sure all policies and safety rules are followed.
• Be the go-to person for rental clients, answering their questions or solving their problems.
• Communicate with the Activities Center Manager about schedules, building needs, and event reports.
• Secure the building before and after rentals (unlocking/locking doors, turning lights off, ensuring cleanliness, etc.).
• Report any maintenance, safety, or security concerns right away.
• Present a professional and positive image as a Spectrum High School representative.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
• The ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly is crucial.
• You need to be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Experience in facility management, customer service, or event supervision is a plus.
• You must be available to work evenings, weekends, and on-call hours as needed.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Schedule: Part-time; primarily evenings and weekends; hours vary based on rental schedule.
• Compensation: $20 per hour
