Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee all facility and gym rentals during assigned shifts.
- Cook up and tear down rental setups according to event requirements.
- Keep an eye on the building and make sure all policies and safety rules are followed.
- Be the go-to person for rental clients, answering their questions or solving their problems.
- Communicate with the Activities Center Manager about schedules, building needs, and event reports.
- Secure the building before and after rentals (unlocking/locking doors, turning lights off, ensuring cleanliness, etc.).
- Report any maintenance, safety, or security concerns right away.
- Present a professional and positive image as a Spectrum High School representative.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
- The ability to work independently and solve problems on the fly is crucial.
- You need to be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Experience in facility management, customer service, or event supervision is a plus.
- You must be available to work evenings, weekends, and on-call hours as needed.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Part-time; primarily evenings and weekends; hours vary based on rental schedule.
- Compensation: $20 per hour
