We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Why Gray?" and "What We Expect" etc. We need to use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to parse content: The posting includes: - Intro: Gray Construction is looking to add a Site Manager... This is a field/project based position. - Then "Why Gray?" paragraph about company. - Then "What We Expect" which is a long list of responsibilities. - Then "Qualifications" with "Who We Want" etc. - Then "Physical Demands & Work Environment" etc. - Then "Supervisory Responsibilities" etc. - Then EEO etc (remove). We need to map to sections: About the role (maybe intro + Why Gray?), Responsibilities (What We Expect), Requirements (maybe Qualifications?), Skills (maybe specific skills like software, computer skills), Benefits (none mentioned), Pay (none), Schedule (none). We should not create sections with placeholder text. Thus we will include:

About the role

with paragraph(s) containing intro and Why Gray? maybe combined.

Responsibilities

with
  • each bullet from "What We Expect". Need to preserve all substantive info; we can break into list items.

    Qualifications

with list items from "Who We Want" etc.

    Skills

with list of specific skills: basic computer skills, word processing, spreadsheet, email, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, ability to read drawings, etc. We should not include Benefits, Pay, Schedule as no info. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, visa sponsorship note? Visa sponsorship is a detail: "Visa Sponsorship: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship." That's substantive? It's a requirement/condition. Could be placed maybe in Qualifications or a separate note. But we can include as a

maybe under Qualifications. However we must not create sections for minor metadata; we can fold into a short

. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Visa sponsorship is minor metadata; we can include as a

within Qualifications or maybe as a note. Physical demands etc: That's also substantive but not covered by headings; maybe we can include under Qualifications as a

or separate section? There's no heading for Physical Demands; we could include as a

under Qualifications or maybe as a separate section "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we should not create new headings. So we can fold physical demands into a

under Qualifications or maybe under About the role? Probably under Qualifications as it's about candidate requirements. Supervisory Responsibilities also can be part of Responsibilities or Qualifications. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; we must not drop details like physical demands, supervisory responsibilities, visa sponsorship, travel requirement, etc. So we need to embed them somewhere. We can create a

after Qualifications list for additional notes: travel, physical demands, supervisory responsibilities, visa sponsorship. But we must not create extra headings. Thus final HTML:
