Project Management$10/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description about Gray, responsibilities, qualifications, etc. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content. No filler. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse content: - Intro: "Gray Construction is looking to add a Site Manager to their Field Operations Team. This is a field/project based position." That's about the role. - Then "Why Gray?" paragraph about company description. Could be part of About the role or separate? Could be "About the company". But we only have allowed headings; we could put under About the role (includes description). Or maybe we could create a separate "About Gray" but not allowed. So we incorporate into About the role. - Responsibilities: long list bullet points. We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • items. - Qualifications: includes "Who We Want" with bullet points: minimum 10+ years experience, preferred experience, markets, project volumes, leadership abilities, ability to read drawings, people management, energetic self-motivated, basic computer skills, skills in bluebeam, excel, sharepoint, visa sponsorship not eligible, travel requirement, location, etc. Also "PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT" details. Also "Supervisory Responsibilities". Also "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." etc. Also "Gray is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer..." which is boilerplate EEO, should be removed. We need to separate sections: Qualifications, Skills, maybe Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The posting does not mention benefits, pay, schedule specifics. So we should NOT create those sections because they'd be filler. So we only include sections with real content: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills (maybe we can separate skills from qualifications). The posting mentions skills: basic computer skills, bluebeam, excel, sharepoint. Also maybe "Skills in utilizing bluebeam, Microsoft excel, and sharepoint." That's a skill. Could be under Skills section. We also have "Physical demands & work environment" and "Supervisory Responsibilities". Those could be part of Qualifications or separate sections like Requirements? The allowed headings include Requirements. Could put physical demands under Requirements. But we need to decide. We have to avoid filler. We'll include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Requirements (maybe for physical demands and supervisory). But we need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's extract substantive content for each. About the role: include intro and why Gray description. Responsibilities: list all responsibilities bullet points. Qualifications: include experience requirements, preferred experience, markets, project volumes, leadership abilities, ability to read drawings, people management, energetic self-motivated, basic computer skills? Actually computer skills could be Skills. But we can keep under Qualifications. Skills: list specific skills: basic computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, email), bluebeam, Microsoft excel, sharepoint. Also maybe ability to utilize CMO, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Concur, E-Time, GoGray (these are software training responsibilities). Those are more responsibilities. But we can list under Skills: proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, email; Bluebeam; Microsoft Excel; SharePoint; familiarity with CMO, Navisworks, Concur, E-Time, GoGray (maybe). However the posting says "Train project team members on Gray software such as CMO, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Concur, E-Time and GoGray." That's a responsibility to train, not necessarily a skill required. But we could still note that familiarity with those is expected. Might be better to keep under Qualifications. Requirements: physical demands, supervisory responsibilities, travel requirement, visa sponsorship not eligible, location, overtime may be required. We must not include boilerplate like "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." but that's substantive? It's a statement about accommodations; could be kept but it's generic. Might be considered boilerplate but it's about ADA. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions." is legal/ADA statement; could be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove. Also "Gray is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer..." remove. Also "The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required." that's generic; maybe remove. Also "If you are a high achiever striving to exceed expectations..." that's fluff but maybe keep? It's motivational but not specific. Could be considered filler. Might remove. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like markets, project volumes, travel, etc. Let's craft sections. About the role: combine intro and why Gray. Responsibilities: list bullet points. Qualifications: list bullet points: minimum 10+ years related construction experience; preferred experience: overall responsibility for field activities on project site including collaboration between design, project, and schedule management; markets: Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, Automotive, Distribution and Mission Critical; project volumes: $10mm-$50mm, $50mm-$100mm, $100mm-$200mm or over $200mm; demonstrated leadership abilities to manage and direct on-site project teams to successful completions; must be able to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, financial reports, and legal/contract documents; strong people management skills; should be an energetic, self-motivated individual who enjoys a team environment and exemplifies Gray’s Core Values as well as a passion for collaboration and professional development. Skills: maybe list: basic computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, email); proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint; ability to utilize CMO, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Concur, E-Time, GoGray (training). But we might combine with Qualifications. Requirements: physical demands: frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms, reach, talk or hear; regularly required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch; must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, occasionally lift or move up to 100 lbs; specific vision abilities include accurate near and distant vision; frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outside weather conditions; occasionally exposed to high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold and/or heat, risk of electrical shock, explosives, and vibration; noise level generally moderate to loud; overtime may be required. Supervisory responsibilities: may lead multiple subordinate supervisors and other support staff; carries out supervisory responsibilities per policies; includes interviewing, hiring, training; planning, assigning, directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining; addressing complaints; resolving problems; takes ownership of training newer team members. Travel: position requires travel as projects scattered throughout US and sometimes outside US; selected candidate can live anywhere in USA but required to travel per policy. Visa sponsorship: not eligible. We should not include "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." etc. Now produce HTML. We'll wrap each section in

    and then
    • for lists,

for prose. For About the role: we have prose (two paragraphs). Use

. For Responsibilities: list. For Qualifications: list. For Skills: list. For Requirements: list (maybe split into physical demands, supervisory, travel/visa). Could combine into one list but better to separate with subheadings? Not allowed; only allowed headings are those specific. Could embed multiple

paragraphs inside Requirements section. We'll do:
