About the role

Eosol Group is seeking a Site Manager for an exciting photovoltaic project in the construction phase. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Manager, specifically within photovoltaic projects during the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.

  • Supervise and direct the site construction team, including subcontractors and labor, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure the work performed meets Eosol Group's high standards and project requirements.

  • Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site, implementing and enforcing all health and safety policies and procedures. Maintain a strong safety culture.

  • Develop, monitor, and manage the project schedule, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.

  • Work closely with the project management team to monitor project costs and ensure efficient resource allocation to stay within budget.

  • Liaise with clients, engineers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and communication.

  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.

  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction phase.

  • Ensure all site documentation, including daily reports, safety records, and progress logs, is accurately maintained.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Manager, specifically within photovoltaic projects during the construction phase.

  • Advanced level of English (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with international teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, construction methodologies, and relevant technologies.

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
