Site Manager
About the role
Eosol Group is seeking a Site Manager for an exciting photovoltaic project in the construction phase. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Manager, specifically within photovoltaic projects during the construction phase.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Supervise and direct the site construction team, including subcontractors and labor, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure the work performed meets Eosol Group's high standards and project requirements.
Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site, implementing and enforcing all health and safety policies and procedures. Maintain a strong safety culture.
Develop, monitor, and manage the project schedule, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.
Work closely with the project management team to monitor project costs and ensure efficient resource allocation to stay within budget.
Liaise with clients, engineers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and communication.
Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction phase.
Ensure all site documentation, including daily reports, safety records, and progress logs, is accurately maintained.
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Manager, specifically within photovoltaic projects during the construction phase.
Advanced level of English (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with international teams and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, construction methodologies, and relevant technologies.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
