About the role

As the Site Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for employees and leaders regarding training, learning systems, workforce transitions, and learning support. This role ensures a proactive, consistent, and efficient approach to onboarding, training coordination, system administration, and learning communications while fostering positive employee experience and supporting site capability goals. You will partner closely with the HR local leader and contribute to making cutting-edge technology possible in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
    • Partner with hiring managers and human resources site leader to establish clear onboarding expectations and readiness plans.
    • Coordinate user provisioning, role assignments, and system access for the LMS, time & attendance system, and WEB MOC.
    • Administer role-specific learning plans, compliance training, and onboarding resources aligned with business needs.
    • Act as a welcoming and accessible resource for new employees as they navigate site systems, training, and processes.
    • Coordinate and host new hire orientation, acting as the focal point for all facilitators.
    • Monitor improvement needs through feedback and ensure content stays relevant to site and company information and initiatives.
    • Coordinate and verify initiation of applicable MOC-P and Process Safety Management (PSM) processes when workforce changes, role transitions, or employee departures impact operational, safety, or regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain onboarding packets, ensuring system links, contacts, and other site-specific information is current.
    • Establish and maintain site standards for employee offboarding and workforce transitions, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure required offboarding activities are initiated promptly upon notification of a role change, transfer, retirement, or separation.
  • Employee Learning Coordination
    • Act as the central site resource for training, eLearning, and learning-related inquiries, providing direct support where appropriate and coordinating timely resolution with program owners, site leaders, and system experts when needed.
    • Coordinate and schedule training programs for in-person led and ad-hoc training events.
    • Partner closely with L&D team members to develop, administer, and maintain a proactive process for regularly required instructor-led training.
    • Support sourcing for external training partners as needed.
    • Maintain training records and supporting documentation to ensure audit readiness and compliance with site, regulatory, and corporate requirements. Update training metrics in real time.
    • Manage qualification in MES system, including assurance that training guides and skill demos are completed in full for priority awarding qualification. Provide guidance, escalation, and/or coordination support for ensuring completion of training.
    • Improve and maintain site-level training matrices and coordinate updates resulting from organizational changes, procedure revisions, MOCs, and business needs.
    • Serve as the centralized site lead for learning communications, driving awareness, engagement, and timely communication of training requirements, learning opportunities, system changes, and enrollment activities.
  • Employee Support & Systems Administration
    • Serve as site administrator for Qnity time & attendance system (UKG), Qnity management of change system (WEB MOC), and Qnity learning management system (LMS - iLearn).
    • Act as the site change leader for LMS, time management, and WEB MOC systems, driving implementation, transition, and retirement activities while ensuring employee readiness, adoption, and operational effectiveness.
    • Support change management efforts for these systems. Conduct and/or coordinate audits as required to maintain system integrity.
    • Act as a focal point for user-based questions, directly supporting users within skilled decision rights and/or triaging to Qnity SMEs.
    • Conduct and/or partner with site SMEs to orient and upskill users based on appropriate roles & responsibilities.
    • Work through appropriate processes to address and fix errors.
    • Partner with program owners and subject matter experts to routinely review, rationalize, and maintain LMS content, ensuring training materials remain current, relevant, aligned to site requirements, and free of obsolete or duplicate content.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • High School Diploma / GED.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and serve as a trusted resource for employees, leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Proven record of providing employee-focused support, creating positive experiences through effective communication, follow-through, and timely resolution of issues and requests.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, partner across functions, and drive process execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience administering learning management systems, time and attendance systems, management of change systems, or similar enterprise platforms.
  • Experience coordinating system implementations, migrations, user adoption initiatives, or business process improvement projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of onboarding, offboarding, audit readiness, training compliance, workforce qualification, and change management processes.
  • Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM), Management of Change (MOC), GMP, regulatory compliance requirements, or other operational excellence practices.
