LMS Administration

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the firm’s Learning Management System, including system configuration, user management, and content uploads.
  • Maintain course curricula, learning paths, and compliance training assignments within the LMS.
  • Monitor course completions, generate reports, and track CLE and other compliance requirements across attorney and staff populations.
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues for users and escalate technical problems to vendors as needed.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to evaluate, implement, and optimize LMS features and integrations.
  • Maintain data integrity within the system and conduct periodic audits of user records and completions.
  • Partner with L&D and other firm administrative departments to maintain general health and relevance of LMS content, including expired courses, resources, and learning calendar.
  • Affiliate with annual training initiatives delivered through the LMS owned by other administrative departments across the firm including but not limited to, Talent Management, Information Security, Knowledge Management, Client Development, and Benefits.

General L&D Support

  • Affiliate with coordination and planning programs involving the Learning & Development team, such as, development programs, knowledge retention efforts, and process improvements.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and program materials using Microsoft Office and other firm tools.
  • Affiliate with the development and maintenance of the L&D intranet pages and internal communications.
  • Support budget tracking and invoice processing for the department.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience of L&D programs and systems.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a professional services environment.
  • Prior LMS administration experience strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent client service orientation and the ability to interact professionally with attorneys, business professionals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); comfort learning new technologies and platforms quickly.
  • Basic understanding of AI tools and fundamental usage of those tools.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data management, reporting, and materials production.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Punctuality and satisfactory attendance are imperative.

Compensation

The national average salary range for this role is $42,000-$75,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications, and experience.
