About The Role

As a Site Human Resources Business Partner, you will manage all HR related duties for the Site, including employee relations, hiring and retention, training and development, salary administration, benefits, and more. You will work closely on a day-to-day basis with managers and lead communication to all employees and managers within the Site.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the operational results of the Site.
  • Serves as the HR representative for all internal stakeholders.
  • Ensures respect of the rules by employees, particularly in terms of safety; participates and contributes to Health/Safety/Environment actions according to the Site Policy.
  • Manages permanent and temporary headcounts in quantity and quality; for Production, participates in the PDP and validates temporary needs.
  • Follows up on absenteeism, defines, and deploys improvement plans.
  • Coordinates, deploys, and coaches managers on Talent development tools, processes, and policy.
  • Participates in and contributes to reflections and projects related to organizational evolutions; proposes organizational changes.
  • Guarantees the proper use of Job grading methodology according to the Group referential and all related Compensation & Benefits applications.
  • Manages the recruitment and onboarding process according to standards.
  • Identifies learning and development actions to meet the Site's collective and individual employees' needs, Technological needs (TDP), and company requirements (mandatory training).
  • Defines and arbitrates Training actions according to the budget.
  • Identifies new internal Trainers based on training needs and potential Trainers' abilities and development paths.
  • Applies and ensures compliance with all Health/Security/Environment rules.
  • Manages identified risks using QRQC tools.
  • Follows up on unfitness situations and participates in adapting work conditions to individual unfitness.
  • Deploys Quality of Life at Work policy and improvement plans.
  • Provides support to managers on Health, Safety, and Working conditions topics related to HR responsibilities.
  • Coordinates the deployment of the 5 Axes plan, identifies, and deploys action plans.
  • Contributes to the V5000 self-assessment and notation improvement.
  • Applies and advises on 5 Axes Methodology, reinforcing the importance of Employee Engagement.
  • Participates in the Site 5 Axes Committee to propose improvements and suggestions for enhancing IP activities at the Site level.
  • Ensures the respect of HR administrative procedures (overtime, attendance management, vacations).
  • Validates overtime, on-call duties, vacations, etc.
  • Checks and ensures data quality in the different HR systems.
  • Validates Site payroll in case of HR Manager's absence or on delegation.
  • Serves as the Talent Development referent for the Site, interfaces with Group, Division, and all stakeholders, and coordinates TD communication with other HR actors in the Site.
  • Coordinates Talent Development campaigns deployment within the Site (e.g., Annual appraisals).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Communications, Business, Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience at a medium-to-large automotive supplier or OEM, or in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
  • Experience autonomously handling a variety of human resources issues, such as investigations, benefits questions, annual appraisals, payroll, disciplinary actions and terminations, recruiting, and new hire orientations.
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal labor laws.
