We need to output only HTML fragment, with sections for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section only when posting has real, specific content for it. Do not emit heading with filler placeholder. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the job posting and extract relevant content. Let's identify sections: - About the role: maybe the "Job Summary" paragraph. - Responsibilities: the "ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:" list. - Requirements: maybe "Education Requirements" and "CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSE/REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:" and "Qualifications/Experience". Could combine. - Skills: maybe from qualifications: "Excellent presentation and facilitation skills", "Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data", "Strong writing skills", etc. - Benefits: The "What We Offer" section lists benefits: health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts; employee assistance programs and work/life balance tools; referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, on-the-job training, certification assistance, continuing education support; paid holidays, vacation, sick time; career development opportunities across One WCG. - Pay: The "Pay Range" line: USD $91,980.00 - USD $143,000.00 /Yr. - Schedule: Not explicitly given. There's Travel Requirements with percentages, but not schedule. No explicit schedule like full-time, part-time, remote, etc. So we should not create a Schedule section unless posting actually states it. It does not. So omit. - Also there is "Why WCG" and "What We Offer" etc. We can treat "About the role" as the Job Summary paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details like travel requirements? Travel requirements is a piece of info; but we have no section for Travel. Could we include it under a generic section? The instruction says use headings for specific categories; we could create a "Travel" section if content exists, but not in the list of allowed headings? The list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Travel is not listed; but we could possibly include it under Responsibilities or Requirements? Probably better to include it under Responsibilities as a bullet? But it's not a duty; it's a requirement. Could add a separate section "Travel" but not in allowed list; maybe we should not create extra sections beyond those listed. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples, not exclusive? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should stick to those. Travel info could be placed under Requirements or Qualifications as a bullet? But it's not a qualification; it's a requirement. Could add a bullet under Requirements: "Travel: 10% - 20%". That would preserve info. Similarly, EEOC statement is boilerplate to remove. So we remove that. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, legal, EEO, scam-warning, application instructions. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

    About the role

The Site Engagement & Insights Associate Director helps lead WCG’s CenterWatch site survey research program – including the Global Site Relationship Survey, the companion Sponsor Company Survey, and the CenterWatch Forum of participating sponsor and CRO companies – and serves as a champion for the site perspective across the business. This role owns the full survey lifecycle – instrument design and development, distribution and fielding across WCG’s global network of research sites, analysis and interpretation of results, and delivery of client readouts – and connects survey insights to other WCG business units to strengthen site engagement, inform product and service development, and deepen sponsor, CRO, and site relationships.

    Responsibilities

    • Works with leadership to manage end-to-end execution of the WCG CenterWatch Global Site Relationship Survey program, including the biennial Global Site Survey and the companion Sponsor Company Survey, from design kickoff through survey launch, data collection, report finalization, and readout meetings.
    • Supports the CenterWatch Forum of participating sponsor and CRO representatives – facilitates design kickoff and review discussions, prepares meeting materials and draft question sets, and manages the collaborative feedback process from initial draft through site collaboration, validation, and final release to companies.
    • Designs and develops survey instruments in collaboration with the Benchmarking & Analytics team, including sponsor/CRO attribute frameworks, site characteristic taxonomies, and importance factors; applies attribute optimization and redundancy analyses to reduce respondent burden while preserving insight.
    • Plans and manages survey distribution and fielding, including sampling strategy, multi-language deployment, survey links and email templates for participating companies, site outreach and communications, response monitoring, and initiatives to grow and diversify the global respondent panel.
    • Partners with analysts to analyze survey results, interpret findings, and translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
    • Develops benchmark reports, publications, and custom client deliverables based on survey findings, including region-, country-, and role-specific analyses and custom data cuts.
    • Coordinates and leads client readout meetings and presentations, delivering findings and recommendations to sponsor, CRO, and site audiences up to the executive level.
    • Serves as a voice of the site within WCG – builds and maintains trusted relationships with investigators, research coordinators, and site leadership; partners with sites to test survey flow, logic, and feasibility and ensures the site perspective informs WCG products and services.
    • Connects survey findings and site insights to other WCG business units; identifies and pursues cross-business opportunities to act on what sites are telling us.
    • Partners with marketing and commercial teams to promote survey participation and support commercialization of benchmark reports and related offerings.
    • Monitors industry trends in site engagement, site burden, and clinical trial operations to keep the survey program current and differentiated.
    • Maintains standards for data quality, respondent confidentiality, and research ethics across the program.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, business, or related field required*; advanced degree (e.g., MS, MPH, MBA) preferred. *Equivalent experience in clinical research operations, site engagement, or survey research may be considered in lieu of a specific field of study.
    • No certifications/license/registration required; clinical research certification (e.g., ACRP, SOCRA) a plus.
    • 8+ years of experience in clinical research, with significant time in clinical operations, site engagement, site management, or related sponsor, CRO, or site-facing roles.
    • Demonstrated success building and managing site engagement programs and long-term relationships with investigators, study coordinators, and site leadership.
    • Experience designing, fielding, and analyzing surveys or voice-of-customer research programs strongly preferred.
    • Deep understanding of clinical trial operations and the challenges facing research sites, including staffing, workload, technology burden, and study start-up.
    • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with experience delivering findings and recommendations to executive audiences.
    • Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative data; able to partner with analysts and translate results for non-technical audiences.
    • Strong writing skills for reports, publications, and client communications.
    • Established industry network and external visibility (e.g., conference speaking, industry working groups) a plus.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment where direction may change and collaborate effectively across business units and functions.
    • Dependable, customer-focused, and results driven.
    • Travel: 10% - 20%.
We could separate Qualifications and Skills but we have many skill bullets already in Requirements. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section, maybe label it "Requirements". Or we could have separate sections for Requirements and Qualifications but that may be thin. Let's combine into "Requirements". For Skills we could extract skill-specific bullets: presentation/facilitation, quantitative/qualitative data, writing skills, industry network. But those are already in Requirements. Could create a Skills section with those bullets. However that would be thin. Better to keep them within Requirements. Benefits: we need a Benefits section.

    Benefits

    • Comprehensive health and financial protection – Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, and flexible spending accounts
    • Resources that support your whole life – Employee assistance programs and work/life balance tools
    • Investment in your growth – Referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, on-the-job training, certification assistance, and continuing education support
    • Time to recharge – Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time
    • Pathways forward – Career development opportunities across One WCG
    Pay:

    Pay

    Pay Range: USD $91,980.00 - USD $143,000.00 /Yr.

We should not include Schedule. Check for any leftover boilerplate: removed EEOC statement, removed "Why WCG" paragraph? Actually we used "About the role" from Job Summary. The "Why WCG" and "What We Offer" paragraphs we used for Benefits. The "Why WCG" paragraph about investing in people is generic; we could incorporate into About the role? But we already have About the role as Job Summary. The "Why WCG" is more about company culture; could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not strictly boilerplate but it's generic marketing. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Why WCG" is not explicitly listed as boilerplate but it's more like marketing fluff. However it's substantive about company values; but we already have Benefits covering what they offer. The "Why WCG" paragraph could be considered part of About the role? Might be okay to omit to keep sections thin. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. Does "Why WCG" contain substantive info not elsewhere? It says: "We invest in our people because you are the driving force behind our mission. When you grow, our impact grows. When you thrive, research accelerates. We empower you to build a meaningful career while advancing the work that improves lives." That's somewhat generic but still substantive about company's investment in employees. However we already have Benefits covering investment in growth, etc. Might be considered duplicate. I'd say it's okay to omit as it's covered by Benefits. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; but if it's essentially same as Benefits, maybe it's okay. Safer to include a short paragraph under About the role? But About the role already has Job
