Site Engagement Associate Director

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Site Engagement Associate Director to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role will help shape and expand a US site engagement strategy that strengthens collaboration across the clinical research ecosystem. The position will focus on building productive partnerships with clinical sites, community investigators, and internal clinical teams to improve execution and accelerate study delivery. Success in this role will be measured by stronger site relationships, reduced cycle times, and broader adoption of digital solutions across the clinical development process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategic environmental surveillance to anticipate regulatory changes
• Lead development and expansion of a US site network
• Enhance collaboration between sites and the company's clinical teams
• Create and implement strategic partnership models for clinical sites
• Build relationships with community sites and local investigators
• Identify bottlenecks and implement targeted solutions to reduce cycle times
• Drive adoption of digital solutions within clinical research

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical research operations
• Good knowledge of the Drug Development Process
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management abilities
• Solid knowledge of digital solutions and technology

Pay

$129,750 – $216,250 annually
