Site Engagement Lead Director (US)

For our client, we are seeking a Site Engagement Lead Director (US) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote leadership role will shape site engagement strategy to support clinical trial performance across the U.S. The position is responsible for guiding site-facing execution, turning site intelligence and performance data into practical actions that improve operations and relationships. It also requires close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, navigate change, and strengthen the organization’s standing with study sites. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $162,750 – $271,250 annually Responsibilities Manage and mentor Site Engagement Leads Develop and execute site engagement strategy to support clinical trial performance Translate site intelligence and performance data into actionable strategies Participate in the U.S. leadership team and contribute to strategy development Oversee growth in site relationships and strengthen the company's reputation with sites Partner with cross-functional teams to align site strategies with operations Manage complex change situations and operational issues effectively Qualifications University degree in Sciences or equivalent professional experience 10 years of experience in clinical operations or similar roles in pharma 5 years of leadership experience in matrix teams Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations Analytical and results-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency Benefits Health care and insurance benefits for employee and family Retirement benefits Paid holidays and vacation Paid caregiver/parental leave Participation in a share-based long-term incentive program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
