Associate Director US Site Engagement -New Site Ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and develop new clinical research sites, including those new to the company
• Build and expand a fit-for-purpose site ecosystem across Respiratory and Hepatology
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with investigators and site leadership
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage data for engaging patients
• Translate data insights into actionable site engagement strategies
• Develop and execute outreach and onboarding strategies for new sites
• Guide new-to-research sites through clinical trial requirements and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience in clinical research, site engagement, site management, feasibility, or clinical operations
• Experience with clinical trial lifecycle, including site start-up and execution
