Site-Dedicated Supervisor-HVAC Controls

What You Will Do

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day on-site project activities related to controls installations and upgrades
• Supervise and coordinate specified project efforts, ensuring alignment with project plans and objectives
• Work closely with other contractors, trades, and site stakeholders to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project requirements
• Partner with the project team to develop project objectives, scope clarity, and execution plans
• Manage project schedules and sequencing of activities to support on-time delivery
• Monitor progress and communicate updates, risks, and issues to the project team
• Support adherence to healthcare facility protocols, safety standards, and operational requirements
• Foster a collaborative, professional, and safety-focused on-site environment

Required Qualifications

• A university degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, site supervision, controls, construction, or a related technical field
• Experience working on active job sites, coordinating multiple stakeholders and contractors
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and competing priorities
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects in education, healthcare, mission-critical, or highly regulated environments
• Familiarity with building automation systems, controls, or HVAC-related projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead on-site activities while maintaining a customer-focused mindset

Pay

Hiring Salary Range: $89,400 - $134,250 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
