Site Coordinator, Multiple Locations
About the role
Camp Fire North Shore is seeking an experienced, organized, and dedicated Site Coordinator to lead one of our dynamic after-school programs. This role is essential in creating a safe, structured, and inclusive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily program operations
- Develop and implement activities
- Maintain a safe, clean environment
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Approve timecards and maintain documentation
- Communicate with families and school staff
- Supervise and support staff
Qualifications
- Must be at least 20 years of age and meet one of the following:
- High school diploma or GED + 1 year of professional experience with school-age children
- Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Education, Human Services, Recreation, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field + 6 months of professional experience with school-age children
- Associate's degree in any field + 9 months of professional experience with school-age children
Additional Requirements
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Background checks (CORI/SORI)
- Meet EEC requirements
Pay
Annual Salary: $44,000 - $48,000, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
Full-Time | Monday through Friday
Typical Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Schedule may vary slightly based on program and site needs.
