SUMMARY

Candidates must be willing and able to travel full-time (100% travel requirement).

Essential Job Functions

  • Organize and manage jobsite materials, supplies & equipment to maximize production
  • Deliver all materials in a timely manner to point of use in a useable format to crews
  • Proactively ensure that tools and equipment are in working order
  • Receive delivered materials, inspect them for damage and inventory them
  • Load and unload jobsite materials
  • Maintain Kojo inventory
  • Manage materials quality inspection program
  • Manage fuel supplies to eliminate field down time
  • Collect excess materials and return to warehouse stock
  • Prepare job site for the beginning of the work day and at the end of the workday get it ready for the next day
  • Unlock and secure site access
  • Inspect and fuel vehicles prior to beginning shift
  • Stage materials for crews
  • Charge cordless tool batteries
  • Retire and request tool replacement orders
  • Maintain jobsite organization and cleanliness
  • Regularly collect scrap & waste to keep site clean and safe and allow crews to concentrate on building
  • Maintain traffic flow on site
  • Maintain trash and recycling areas
  • Ensure safe walking paths
  • Maintain signage and barricades
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent mechanical skills
  • Working knowledge of construction, quality, safety and OSHA guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Vocational school training or Equipment Operation Certification

Physical Demands

  • Stand, sit, walk, lift, squat, push, pull, climb stairs, ladders and possibly towers
  • Hear, see, reach, grasp and use hands and fingers to operate a computer key board, telephone, power tools, and equipment
  • Lift more than 50 lbs occasionally
  • Exposed to extreme weather conditions, including heat and cold, and wet or humid
  • Work in high places, and/or work around moving mechanical parts, vehicles and other equipment
  • Exposed to noise volume that is loud and constant
  • May work overtime and to travel to remote job sites approximately 60 – 80% of their work week which will include overnight stays
