What You Will Be Doing
- Managing all daily campus operations from start to finish to maintain the 2-Hour Learning schedule without delays or disruptions.
- Handling frontline technology support (equipment setup, basic troubleshooting) and coordinating handoffs to IT when needed.
- Establishing confidence with students, families, and colleagues through clear communication and reliable execution.
- Deploying and monitoring campus safety procedures; overseeing drills, incident documentation, and vendor relationships.
- Enabling critical functions—events, staff onboarding, supply and facilities oversight—to ensure the campus consistently meets a high standard.

- Delivering instruction or developing curriculum; Guides handle student mentorship while you ensure operational precision.
- Operating from a remote office with limited impact; your contributions directly enhance student results and family satisfaction.

About the Role
This is a full-time, in-person position based at our New York City campus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field)
- 1+ years managing complex operations in education, events, hospitality, or a comparable high-touch service setting
- Proven ability to remain composed under pressure, exercise initiative, and balance competing demands autonomously
- Comfort with basic IT troubleshooting and Google Workspace administration
- Clear, professional written and spoken communication that fosters community confidence
