Site Coordinator, Alpha - $75,000/year USD

Crossover · Nashville, TN · Yesterday

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person position based at one of our campus locations. Many schools isolate operations behind closed doors, administrative meetings, and bureaucratic approval chains. Alpha takes a different approach. This role places you front and center throughout the day: welcoming families at the door, resolving technology problems, managing smooth arrivals and departures, reassuring concerned parents, liaising with vendors, and ensuring the campus feels secure, polished, and distinctly Alpha. This position suits someone who can balance warmth with firmness, structure with flexibility, and authority with humility. You will oversee nearly every operational element beyond classroom instruction: family communication, attendance procedures, campus security, building maintenance, meal service, technology devices, special events, and the seemingly minor issues that escalate quickly without prompt attention. You will not be surrounded by a large on-site operations staff. You will have documented procedures, remote assistance, and established protocols, but you must demonstrate the ability to learn quickly, leverage available resources, and exercise sound judgment independently. In return, you will become the reliable adult families recognize immediately, the person guides depend on, and the approachable figure students seek out when problems arise. If you are seeking a high-visibility school operations position where service excellence, sound judgment, clear communication, and personal ownership are tested daily, submit your application now.
