Site Civil Team Lead

Primary Responsibilities

Takes responsibility for operations of production team including staff development, profitability, morale, quality control and marketing support.
Provides administrative responsibility for team staff and technical service functions.
Involved in marketing planning as well as proposal scope and fee development.
Directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production and related issues.
Implements, monitors and supports company policies.
Selects, trains, develops and manages technical and production personnel.
Leads coordination with multidiscipline teams.
Works cooperatively with National Directors and marketing staff in local and national marketing and production efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, AutoCad, Civil 3D, HydroCad, and other civil engineering software as appropriate

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 7 years experience
• Professional registration, license or certification may be required based on role
