Site/Civil (Land Development) Engineer
About the role
ATCS is rapidly growing! We are looking for a qualified, passionate Site/Civil (Land Development) Engineer. This position is an excellent opportunity to play an integral role in the organization's growing Site/Civil group based in Largo, MD. You'll Spend Your Time Driving quality deliverables on-time and on-budget
Developing innovative technical land development design solutions
Working collaboratively with a team of go-getters and industry leaders
Engaging in strong client relationships through frequent communications
Designing diverse projects including mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial development

Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering
- Hold an EIT
- Have 2-5 years of private-sector land development engineering experience
- Be a self-starter who is eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Be familiar with state and municipal design and development processes
- Be proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D
- Familiarity with Maryland markets - specifically Charles, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, and/or Montgomery Counties - is not required but highly desired
Qualifications

Pay
A competitive salary range of $72,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary.
Schedule
