Responsibilities

  • Corporate leadership in technology innovation and growth
  • Overseeing fleet and facilities
  • Providing technical guidance and leadership to project teams
  • Managing high-profile projects and focusing on alternative project delivery
  • Leading successful sales cycles from start to finish
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations
  • Assessing the potential environmental impacts of proposed projects and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Driving financial performance, managing risks, and supporting strategic growth objectives
  • Leading major contracts, including the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Engineering Support Services Contract
  • Successfully delivering Design-Build projects such as the I-395 Express Lanes Project and the I-95 Express Lanes and I-460 Improvements Project

Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • A Master of Arts in Linguistics and an Associate of Science in Computer Hardware Engineering
  • A Master of Science in Information Technology
  • A Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE)
  • A PMP certification
  • A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • A Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology
  • A Bachelor of Science in Accounting
  • A Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology
  • A Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Science in Geology

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations and project management
  • Leadership in technology innovation and growth
  • Technical expertise in fleet and facilities management
  • Project management experience in large, heavy civil transportation projects
  • Experience in environmental compliance and regulatory compliance
  • Financial expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, and government contracting compliance
  • Leadership in strategic sales and business development
  • Experience in project controls and construction management
  • Experience in leading major contracts and Design-Build projects
  • Experience in project management and infrastructure development
