Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering.
  • Hold an EIT.
  • Have 2-5 years of private-sector land development engineering experience.
  • Be a self-starter who is eager to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Be familiar with state and municipal design and development processes.
  • Be proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D.
  • Familiarity with Maryland markets - specifically Charles, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, and/or Montgomery Counties - is not required but highly desired.

Qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $72,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Annual bonus with a target 2% of the employee's annualized salary.
