Site Chief, Neonatology
Nemours Children’s Health is seeking a Neonatology Site Chief to join our team at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. The hospital features a 40-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) providing advanced care for premature and critically ill newborns.
About the role
The Site Chief serves as a Physician leader, providing vision, oversight, and guidance to a team of neonatologists and advanced practice providers in the NICU. This role involves collaboration within the Department of Pediatrics at Nemours and with leadership at both Nemours and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee clinical operations in the NICU.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to neonatologists and advanced practice providers.
- Collaborate with Nemours and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital leadership.
Requirements
- Pennsylvania state licensure.
- Board certification in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine.
- Previous leadership experience.
