About the role
The Site Chief is a Physician leader of Nemours who provides vision, oversight, and guidance to a team of neonatologists and advanced practice providers serving patients in the 40-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. The Site Chief works collaboratively within the Department of Pediatrics at Nemours and with leadership at Nemours and Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Requirements
- Pennsylvania state licensure
- Board certification in Neonatal Perinatal Medicine
- Previous leadership experience
