About the role
As a member of the Production Team, our Embroidery Operators ensure the embroidery process for all products in our facility. You’ll handle gathering designs, loading them into the machine, ensuring proper placement, hooping, thread colors, and producing a quality finished product. This role sets the pace for our embroidery process and ensures on-time delivery to customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate Tajima Electronic Automatic Embroidery Machinery (no previous experience needed)
- Work with area Supervisor and team leads on daily goals: safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
- Execute the daily schedule, including pre-production and post-production needs
- Inspect all products for accuracy of order specifications
- Troubleshoot machine issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English
- Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insights and feedback in English
- Work seasonal mandatory overtime as needed, including some Saturdays and Sundays during peak season (July–December)
Requirements

- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a structured, process-oriented environment
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems
- Quick learner, accuracy-driven, team-oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers
- Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English
- HS Diploma or GED (required)
- 1–2 years’ experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Operational, warehouse, logistics, or comparable experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- Lifting 15–35 lbs. regularly
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Moderate noise level in the work environment
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (full-time, 40 hours per week)
- Shift times may vary, and extra hours may be added to meet customer commitments
- Mandatory overtime during peak season (July–December), including some Saturdays and Sundays
Pay
Base pay: $19.85/hour (2nd shift)
