Join our team in Bolingbrook, IL as a 2nd shift Machine Operator working Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm and bring printed sheets to life, transforming them into high-quality cards using cutting-edge equipment.

Responsibilities

• Transform printed sheets into high-quality cards using cutting-edge equipment
• Maintain a variety of machines encompassing the whole card manufacturing process
• Master a range of tasks in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment
• Provide training to other employees and temporary workers
• Perform multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Use various measuring devices to verify material conformance to specifications
• Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions
• Adhere to safety standards and follow MasterCard and Visa association security guidelines

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar manufacturing role
• CNC experience is a plus
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Flexibility with regard to schedule, including overtime as needed

Pay

The pay range for this position is from $18.00–$23.57/hour, reflecting the minimum and maximum target based on the role, level, and location.
