Join our team in Bolingbrook, IL as a 2nd shift Machine Operator working Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm and bring printed sheets to life, transforming them into high-quality cards using cutting-edge equipment.
Responsibilities
- Transform printed sheets into high-quality cards using cutting-edge equipment
- Maintain a variety of machines encompassing the whole card manufacturing process
- Master a range of tasks in a time-sensitive, deadline-driven environment
- Provide training to other employees and temporary workers
- Perform multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
- Use various measuring devices to verify material conformance to specifications
- Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions
- Adhere to safety standards and follow MasterCard and Visa association security guidelines
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar manufacturing role
- CNC experience is a plus
- Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Basic computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Flexibility with regard to schedule, including overtime as needed

Pay
The pay range for this position is from $18.00–$23.57/hour, reflecting the minimum and maximum target based on the role, level, and location.
