Multi-Head EMB Operator 2nd Shift

About the role
As a member of the Production Team, our Embroidery Operators are responsible for ensuring the embroidery process for all our products in our facility. You’ll handle gathering the designs, loading them into the machine, ensuring proper placement of design, hooping, and thread colors, and producing a quality finished product. The person in this role will be pivotal in setting the pace for our embroidery process and ensuring we deliver product on time to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Operate Tajima Electronic Automatic Embroidery Machinery – no previous experience on the machines needed to apply
- Work with area Supervisor and team leads on achieving daily goals of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
- Execute the daily schedule, including pre-production and post-production needs
- Inspect all products for accuracy of order specifications
- Troubleshoot any issues with machines as needed
- Always keep a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding
- Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English
- Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently
- Ability to work seasonal mandatory overtime as needed and maintain excellent attendance
Requirements

- HS Diploma or GED (required)
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
- Operational, Warehouse, Logistics, or comparable experience preferred
Physical Requirements
- The position requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis
- Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment

Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 2pm – 10:00pm (Full Time, 8-hour shifts for 40 hours per week)
- Shift times may vary, and extra hours may be added to ensure customer commitments are fulfilled
- Peak Season (July-December): Mandatory overtime may include some Saturdays and Sundays
Pay
Base Pay: 2nd Shift $19.85 per hour
