Silicon Inspector

About the role

Approves finished products by confirming specifications. Enters all pertinent information required into production logs. Conducts AQL visual inspection using a microscope. Applies customer and internal specifications to determine quality of product. Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret internal process instructions.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity required.
• Demonstrated experience handling small and fragile parts.
• Must have a continuous improvement attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of personal ownership and a team attitude.
