About the Role

The Growth Operations Enablement Manager serves as the operational backbone of the Growth organization, connecting Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Government Affairs, Capture, Contracts, and Mission Delivery. This role is responsible for building the processes, content, tools, and operating rhythms that allow the Growth organization to scale effectively. The position translates complex technical capabilities into compelling customer messaging, develops repeatable sales enablement programs, strengthens pipeline management, and leads cross-functional initiatives designed to accelerate growth and improve win rates.

The ideal candidate combines strong operational and project management skills with the ability to understand technical products, communicate their value to customers, and drive execution across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Growth organization’s sales enablement strategy, including presentations, executive briefs, battle cards, demonstrations, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into clear customer messaging, use cases, and value propositions.
  • Build and maintain standardized sales playbooks covering products, customers, mission areas, sales stages, and competitive environments.
  • Establish and coordinate operating cadences for pipeline reviews, deal gating, account planning, business reviews, forecast reviews, and executive reporting.
  • Support industry events, customer engagements, and product demonstrations in partnership with Product Marketing.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives designed to improve communication, accountability, alignment, and execution across the Growth organization.
  • Develop competitive intelligence, customer insights, and market research to support strategic growth decisions.
  • Create onboarding programs and ongoing enablement initiatives for Growth team members.
  • Support proposal and capture activities by developing reusable content, technical narratives, and customer-specific materials.
  • Gather and synthesize Voice of the Customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership covering pipeline health, sales performance, and other key Growth metrics.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve Growth processes to support long-term organizational scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience in Growth Operations, Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Sales Strategy, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical products and capabilities into customer-facing messaging and sales materials.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership.
  • Strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience developing sales playbooks, enablement programs, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to create executive presentations, customer collateral, competitive intelligence, and market insights.
  • Experience developing operational processes and driving organizational execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Preferred experience in defense technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or government contracting.
  • Familiarity with enablement and revenue platforms such as Monday, Gong, Highspot, Seismic, or Clari is preferred.
  • Preferred experience supporting Department of Defense or Intelligence Community customers.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10–15%.
  • U.S. citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.

Pay

  • Base salary: $145,000–$165,000 per year
