This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple recruiting activities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and panel participants to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system records, ensuring candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring statuses remain accurate and current.
- Support full-cycle recruiting operations by assisting with job posting logistics, candidate communication, and process coordination from initial contact through onboarding.
- Partner with corporate recruiting teams and business stakeholders to deliver a consistent, timely, and well-organized hiring experience.
- Facilitate onboarding activities for selected candidates, including pre-employment documentation, start-date coordination, and follow-up communication.
- Monitor recruiting workflows and help resolve scheduling conflicts, process delays, and administrative issues that may affect hiring timelines.
- Prepare recruiting reports, track hiring activity, and organize documentation needed for compliance and internal recordkeeping.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating interviews and managing complex calendars in a recruiting or human resources setting.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and the ability to maintain detailed and accurate candidate records.
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting processes, including candidate communication, interview logistics, and onboarding coordination.
- Background supporting corporate recruiting teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills when interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with standard office and scheduling tools used to support recruiting operations.
