SIGDEV Analyst 1 (CCAs Accepted)

About the role

The Level 2 SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst supports 24x7 operations, maintaining customer computers and networks. This role focuses on optimizing and maintaining assigned customer accesses, particularly in data and voice communications, including DR (voice/FAX), DNI, and other advanced technologies over IP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize customer computer and network systems
• Support the optimization and maintenance of assigned customer accesses
• Optimize and maintain customer computer and network systems
• Provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses
• Ensure front-end systems continue to collect, process, and transmit information vital to national decision makers
• Support varying schedules to ensure mission coverage

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with agency appropriate polygraph
• At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support
• Within the last seven (7) years, at least five (5) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line
• Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities
• Experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development
• Basic troubleshooting experience
• Ability to follow basic SOPs and update documentation accordingly

Skills

• Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450)
• Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451)
• Scripting experience (Bash, Shell and/or Python)
• Familiarity with Apache NiFi
• Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies
• Basic knowledge of network protocols

• Hourly pay range of $49.60 - $67.17 per hour
