Job Description

Come join a dynamic, fast-paced watch center supporting 24x7 operations. In this mission-essential help desk role, you will maintain the customer's computers and networks, ensuring front-end systems continue to collect, process and transmit information vital to national decision makers and keeping our troops safe. You will provide support to optimize and maintain assigned customer accesses. The technology focus will be data and voice communications, including DNR (voice/FAX), DNI and other advanced technologies over IP.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support.
• Within the last five (5) years, at least three (3) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.
• Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line.
• Front-end collection systems, to include survey systems.
• DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration.
• Basic troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to follow basic SOPs and update documentation accordingly.

Desired Skills

• Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450).
• Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451).
• Scripting experience (Bash, Shell and/or Python).
• Familiarity with Apache NiFi.
• Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies.
• Basic knowledge of network protocols.
