SIGDEV Analyst 1 (CCAs Accepted)

About the role

The Level 2 SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst supports 24x7 operations, maintaining customer computers and networks. This role focuses on optimizing and maintaining customer accesses, particularly in data and voice communications, including DR, DNI, and other advanced technologies over IP.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize customer computer and network systems
• Support the optimization and maintenance of assigned customer accesses
• Identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information
• Develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information
• Identify target communications within the global network
• Use Linux operating system, FORNSAT, and other relevant software applications
• Follow basic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and update documentation accordingly
• Familiarize with commercial SATCOM technologies and network protocols

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with agency appropriate polygraph
• Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support
• At least five (5) years of experience with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and internet communications

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, including use of the command-line
• FORNSAT experience is required
• Experience with front-end collection systems, including survey systems
• Knowledge of DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration
• Basic troubleshooting experience
• Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies
• Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450)

Skills

• Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451)
• Scripting experience (Bash, Shell, and/or Python)
• Familiarity with Apache NiFi
• Basic knowledge of network protocols

Pay

$49.60 - $67.17 per hour*

Schedule

Shifts range from day shift (0545-1345), swing shift (1345-2145), and mid shift (2145-0545) including weekends and holidays.
