SIGDEV Analyst 2 (CCAs Accepted)

About the role

We are seeking a Level 2 SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst to support 24x7 mission essential operations. This role involves maintaining customer computer and network systems, optimizing and developing assigned customer accesses, and conducting research and analysis of collection and collateral data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize customer computer and network systems
• Optimize and develop assigned customer accesses
• Conduct research and analysis of collection and collateral data
• Identify target communications within the global network
• Support varying schedules to ensure mission coverage

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with agency appropriate polygraph
• Experience with Linux operating system, FORNSAT, and commercial SATCOM technologies
• Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451)
• Scripting experience (Bash, Shell, and/or Python)
• Familiarity with Apache NiFi

Qualifications

• At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support
• At least five (5) years of experience with modem digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications

Skills

• Critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations
• Knowledge of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors
• Experience in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information
• Experience in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT target development
• Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, or presenting information
• Familiarization with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and ability to demonstrate the incorporation of independent research to enhance target development
• Ability to identify target communications within the global network
• Ability to independently perform and provide guidance to LEVEL 1 contractor personnel involved with SIGINT development
• Ability to provide SIGDEV support for the purposes of optimizing and developing accesses

Schedule

Shifts range from day shift (0545-1345), swing shift (1345-2145), and mid shift (2145-0545) including weekends and holidays.
