Shuttle Operations Staff (Part-time)

Responsibilities

• Shuttle wayfinding during ingress and egress at offsite and on-site locations.
• Aid in deploying bus signage, GPS, and head rest covers on buses.
• Direct guests through shuttle queues.
• Load guests onto designated buses.
• Reconfirm correct capacity is loaded onto each shuttle.
• Aid in decommissioning of buses (removing signage, GPS, and head rest covers).
• Return all distributed equipment (wayfinding signs, counter, radio, vest).
• Maintain a safe environment for guests.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is beneficial.
• The ability to commit to 80% of all Hard Rock Stadium events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The ability to stand for 6+ hours and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay

This position pays $15 an hour.
