Shuttle Driver Part time

Safety and Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents throughout campus and to designated locations
• Aid residents entering and exiting vehicles
• Ensure passenger safety, including seat belts and wheelchair restraints
• Support residents with kindness, patience, and professionalism
• Maintain accurate transportation logs and report maintenance concerns
• Assist with special events and community activities
• Help maintain clean, welcoming company vehicles
• Help with occasional medical appointment coverage

Requirements

• Compassionate and service-oriented attitude
• Excellent reliability and punctuality
• Safe driving habits and strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents and staff
• Comfortable assisting older adults with mobility needs
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 6 months of related experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
