About the role

Towne Park is a hospitality services company dedicated to creating smiles by delivering exceptional experiences. As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests are transported safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Transport guests to and from the hotel, hospital, or casino using safe driving practices.
  • Communicate courteously and professionally with guests, staff, and clients via phone, radio, and in person.
  • Inspect and maintain the vehicle's condition before and during shifts, reporting any issues to management.
  • Maintain guest confidentiality and ensure security of client information.
  • Assist guests with luggage, including wheelchair assistance when necessary.

Requirements

  • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement.
  • At least three years of commercial driving experience or nine years of driving experience as a licensed driver.
  • Valid driver’s license and passing a criminal background, MVR, and drug screen.
  • Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
  • Completion of Wheelchair Safety Training.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend standard English.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.

Pay

The hourly base pay range for this position is $18-$22 per hour.

Schedule

The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday - 4:30AM - 1:00PM or 1:00PM - 9:00PM.
