Shuttle Driver/Bellperson - Seasonal - Housing Available

About the role

The Highline Vail, a DoubleTree by Hilton, seeks Shuttle Driver/Bellperson candidates who can provide exceptional service in a scenic setting near Vail Mountain.

Responsibilities

• Drive the van safely and courteously, following all traffic laws.
• Maintain the van daily by checking and recording the daily checklist.
• Wash the van after each use with gas.
• Offer water and DT cookies to all guests.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
• Show guests to their rooms, assist with luggage, explain hotel facilities, and answer questions.
• Check luggage for hotel guests, both day and overnight.
• Keep the lobby and baggage room clean.
• Post daily events and entertainment boards in the lobby.
• Communicate with guests and staff through the intershift log.
• Deliver messages and valet services to guest rooms.
• Perform pick-ups and drop-offs at the airport as needed.
• Inspect vehicles upon pick-up and drop-off.
• Assist front desk with key inventory twice weekly.
• Be available to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a similar position preferred.
• Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
