Seasonal Shuttle/Train Driver

Job Description

As a Seasonal Shuttle Driver, you are part of the magic that brings Christmas at the Princess to life. You’ll safely operate the trackless train, providing guests with a fun, comfortable, and festive ride to and from event areas.

• Greet passengers with a warm, cheerful welcome and assist with boarding and exiting.
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of passengers and pedestrians.
• Communicate clearly with staff, supervisors, and guests regarding routes, schedules, and accessibility.
• Provide basic event information and contribute to a joyful, family-friendly atmosphere.
• Monitor train operations, reporting any mechanical or safety concerns promptly.
• Stay attentive, professional, and guest-focused throughout each shift.
• Help set the tone of holiday fun with enthusiasm and care.

Qualifications
