Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Regular/Onsite attendance required
- Responsible for the shuttle routes from community to required locations daily
- Responsible for creating and upkeep of daily shuttle schedule
- Responsible for communicating general maintenance, cleaning, etc. items to the Community Manager
- Responsible for daily logs as required by Community Manager
- Report any observed violations of community rules and regulations to the Community Manager
- Utilize property resources, equipment and supplies economically
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities requested by Community Manager
- Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness
- Projects a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition
- Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters
- Enforce policies of the community that the immediate supervisor delegates
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Frequently required to communicate with others to exchange information
- Frequent repetition of motions that may include wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Frequent assessment of the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned
- Frequent movement about to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another
- Occasionally required to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools, and the like
- Frequent movement into different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces, work in an overhead position and reach
- Frequent adjustment or moving of objects up to 25 lbs. in all directions
- Frequent lifting and placing of objects up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent operation of machinery or power tools
- Frequent operation of motor vehicles and/or golf carts
- Frequent identification and inspection of objects
- Frequent exposure to hazardous chemicals
Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
Salary Range
Salary Range: $17 per hour to $19 per hour
