Responsibilities

• Unloading casings from trailers using forklifts or other means
• Inspecting tire casings
• Mechanical tire de-beading
• Unloading and operating bagging stations
• Stacking inventory and inventory management
• Quality control of finished product
• Any other duties required by management
• Maintain a clean working environment
• Work closely in a team-driven environment

Schedule

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday. Day shift from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Mechanical aptitude; previous manufacturing/production experience strongly preferred but not required
• Willingness to follow all safety procedures and work in a safe manner
• Goal-oriented with the ability to consistently meet quality and production requirements
• Detail-oriented
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Physical Requirements

• Wear face shield, leather gloves, long-sleeved shirt, safety glasses with wings, and ear protection when applicable
• Steel-toed footwear, safety glasses, and ear plugs required anywhere in the shop
• Able to lift 105 lbs, carry 60 lbs, and push/pull 60 lbs

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
