About the role
Ferguson is seeking a Showroom Sales Support Representative to work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants, performing behind-the-scenes sales functions to ensure customer needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team by delivering personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing for Showroom customers and Builders.
- Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
- Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
- Exhibit strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Respond quickly to customer needs and make decisions in a timely manner.
- React well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
Requirements
- Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
- Highly motivated and customer service-oriented mentality with ability to build relationships.
- General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay
Starting at $24.00 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience. Pay range: $17.77 - $28.42 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Wages may be higher in certain locations based on local or state requirements.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
