About the role
The Showroom Manager at Visual Comfort & Co. is responsible for overseeing a team of sales professionals, ensuring the showroom operates efficiently, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include managing the sales process, maintaining a professional and attractive showroom environment, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Implement innovative sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to support sales objectives.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Operations teams to manage inventory and execute product resets and installations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful execution of showroom operations.
- Provide regular updates on store performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Ensure the showroom is prepared for business operations at the start of each day.
Requirements
- 3+ years of management and sales experience in luxury home furnishings, lighting, or building materials.
- Proven leadership and motivational abilities.
- Organizational and follow-up skills.
- Creative design sense and strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems.
- Discretion with confidential information.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- College degree in relevant field.
- Experience in interior design, custom home products, or lighting.
- Knowledge of Visual Comfort & Co.’s point-of-sale and operating systems.
- Ability to uphold the company’s brand values and service standards.

Pay
$105,000 - $115,000 annually
Schedule
Monday through Friday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm; closed on Sundays.
