Showroom Design Consultant- North Shore

About the role

We are seeking a Showroom Design Consultant at our North Shore Locations to join our dynamic team. This position offers an opportunity to work with customers, guide them through their design process, and help them achieve their vision.

Responsibilities

• Provide fantastic customer service through out the entire design process
• Greet and engage customers, uncovering their color, wallcovering, or window treatment needs and helping them make their design vision become a reality
• Continually meet and exceed sales goals for the home fashions department and your store
• Cultivate appointments for the In-Home Services division and work collaboratively with its designers
• Build rapport with clients, earn their business through exceptional product knowledge and strong interpersonal skills
• Develop and maintain a customer base through networking and client follow up to ensure customer satisfaction before and after the sale

Requirements

• Technologically savvy to work with various computer systems including: Outlook, Excel, ticketing systems, point of sale systems, and business-to-business ordering websites
• Responsive to email
• Schedule appointments using a request form or scheduling software
• Available to work one weekend day
• Able to perform light lifting
