Showroom Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit, and develop lasting customer relationships
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
• Optimally communicate appointment policy
• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book, and customer job folders
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages
• Address “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately to balance multiple demands and meet timelines
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Attention to detail in task-oriented job responsibilities
• Analytical thinking and an eye for business
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Schedule

Tuesday through Saturday, working 40 hours, typically 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Will consider Monday–Friday with a Saturday rotation for the right candidate.

Pay

Pay range: $15.00 – $18.08 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
