Showroom Coordinator

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, plus one Saturday (10:00 AM–2:00 PM) every six weeks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival in the showroom, learn their motivations, and develop lasting customer relationships.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor.
• Optimally communicate appointment policies.
• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment books, and customer job folders.
• Maintain a bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages.
• Address “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• Experience in sales and customer service.
• Fundamental math and bookkeeping knowledge preferred.
• Experience with schedule planning, coordination, and execution preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload to balance multiple demands and meet timelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail in task-oriented responsibilities.
• Analytical thinking and an eye for business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Pay

Pay range: $15.00 – $18.08 per hour. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Estimated ranges are hourly for this position. Starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state requirements.
