Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arriving in our showroom, learn their motivation for their visit, and develop lasting customer relationships
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a positive demeanor
• Optimally communicate appointment policy
• Manage customer sign-ins, appointment book, and customer job folders
• Maintain bid follow-up system and prepare literature packages
• Address “Thank You” cards to customers for full house selections

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education
• Experience in sales and customer service
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload to balance multiple demands and meet timelines
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Attention to detail in task-oriented responsibilities
• Analytical thinking and a business-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

Pay

$15.00 - $18.08 per hour. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
